Tips to follow for healthy and happier life

Being healthy is the utmost priority for everyone these days. It has become the necessity today. Being healthy is not just about having a really nice physique but it's equally essential to have a healthy mind to get the most out of our lives.
      Today, people get busy in their work to such an extent that they usually ignore the health aspect. Also, many people have become aware of the importance of being healthy and they do much to retain their health and youthfulness.
        It is necessary to follow the healthy and happier lifestyle. If we feel good about something , it reflects on our mind, body and soul. Being healthy doesn't only mean to eat healthy food, but it means a balance between many thing so like eating healthy, regular exercising, active lifestyle, peaceful mind , good sleep hours and a healthy routine. Some tips to follow a healthy lifestyle could be-
1. Eat nutritious food- it is necessary to include carbohydrates, proteins, fat( good fats), vitamins and minerals , all of them but in good proportion.
2. Include Fruits and vegetables- Eat plenty of food and vegetables in your diet, fruits can be taken anytime in between your three course meals.
3. Drink plenty of water- the most important part of being healthy is , drinking a plenty of water and fluids; fruit juice and vegetable juices etc. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water is essential. Start your day with drinking a glass of water. Having water during the day not only helps in weight loss, it detoxifies body as well as keeps the face fresh and glowing whole day.
4. Reduce the salt and sugar intake as salt induces retention of water in body and unconsumed sugar accounts for weight gain.
5. Regular exercise- A minimum 30 minutes of exercise of any type is essential to keep a healthy living. Do any kind of physical activities you love, just keep moving.. walk, jog, run, dance, play any sports etc. If you love what you do, you will never get bored of it.
6. Never skip meals, as it is risky for health , it's better to have meals on time. Have a heavy breakfast everyday, as it helps in keeping energy whole day.
7. Maintain a healthy body weight, muscle mass. It can be attained by eating healthy food and regular exercise.
8. Start eating small proportions of food, every 2-3 hours in day. This will not fill your stomach at any time but will keep you energetic and active.
9. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar.. Eat the right amount of calories for how active you are, so that you balance the energy you consume with the energy you use .
10. Ditch all types of carbonated drinks, avoid having sugar in liquid form, opt for lemon drink in place.
     Being healthy is not an activity you follow for few days but a routine you should opt always to live a healthy life. Stay healthy..!!
